I'm at the Gluten Free Living Conference

Good morning from Orlando! This weekend I'm attending the Gluten Free Living Conference in Orlando, Florida. The conference opens to the general public tomorrow, but today I'm attending the Blogger U portion, which is specifically geared to those of us who blog or write about gluten free living and Celiac Disease. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity for me to learn more about what I do, it's an amazing chance to get to know in person some of the people I've connected with over social media. This group of bloggers are committed to helping others live better lives while maintaining a gluten free lifestyle, and I think we'll all walk away from this conference having learned something new and with new connections.

I arrived in late last night, so I haven't had a chance to even check-out the hotel, but I can tell you one thing: the weather is hot! After a winter of extreme cold, ice storms, and record stretched of minus 20 Celsius days, I'm looking forward to open-toe shoes and short sleeve shirts! I'll be blogging about my experience here all weekend, but I'm also hoping to meet some of you, my readers, in person. If you're at the conference and see me, please come over and say hello! Also, I've started a new newsletter, which I will blog about in more detail later, but if you're interested in receiving exclusive content, including recipes not posted on the blog, please sign up. The service is free, and the newsletter will be going on biweekly.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm heading out to get a good look at the sun. It's been awhile.
