Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan (April 14-18, 2014)

Monday: Oven Baked BBQ Chicken Legs w/Roasted Vegetables (Everything bakes in the oven. Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, toss the vegetables in olive oil, herbs, and salt. Bake until done.)

Tuesday: The Blender Girl's Chimichurri Bowl (from the Cookbook of the Month)

Wednesday: Steak Fajitas in Corn Tortillas (Beef Strips, Bell Peppers, Onions Stir Fried with Salsa. Add toppings on the side.)

Thursday: Chicken & Vegetable Mango Curry (Cook chicken pieces, add desired sauce & vegetables & simmer until done)

Friday: Mediterranean Slow Cooker Lentils (Lentils, Broth, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Red Wine, Balsamic, Salt & Pepper, Herbs)
