I chose this book because in addition to recipes, it also has advice from a nutritionist on how to eat a balanced diet, shopping lists, and information for parents with gluten free children. Sometimes people need a bit of extra guidance in addition to a straightforward cookbook, and I'm hoping that this book will deliver.
