Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan March 3-7, 2014

Welcome to the first meal plan of March! Unfortunately the winter weather shows no signs of letting up, but I'm still looking forward to Spring!

Monday: Shepherd's Pie (RECIPE)

Tuesday: Pancakes for Pancake Tuesday (RECIPE)

Wednesday: Chickpea & Vegetable Stir Fry (Slice up your favourite vegetables, some greens, and about 1 cup of ready to eat chickpeas. Saute with some water or oil and season w/ginger, salt & pepper & some gluten free soy sauce)

Thursday: Korean BBQ Ribs with Vegetables (I used Thai Kitchen's Korean BBQ Sauce for these. It's Gluten Free.)

Friday: Cabbage Rolls (We make a huge batch every fall & freeze them)
