This book is more of a guidebook than it is a cookbook, but it's meant to be a resource for those with food restrictions who travel and want to be able to eat safely and enjoy world cuisines. I travel quite a bit with my family, and want my children to learn about different cultures and enjoy trying new things. That one of my son's is gluten free shouldn't mean he gets left out.
I have high hopes that this book will be a useful resource for my family. I'll be using it this month to try out some new ingredients and to take my son to some local ethnic restaurants using this book as a guide. I'll keep you posted on how it goes, and will have a full review at the end of the month!
