Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan January 27-31, 2014

Stuffed Onions (Recipe to be posted this week)

Tuesday: Eggpant Cannelloni (RECIPE) 

Wednesday: Oven Baked Ribs with Stubb's BBQ Sauce, Brocolli & Salad (Pour sauce over ribs in a roasting pan, cook at 375F for 45 minutes to an hour, turning and basting occasionally.)

Thursday: 15 Minute Gluten and Dairy Free Spinach Soup with GF Garlic Bread (RECIPE) (If you live in the GTA or Oakville, Nut'n Gluten sells GF baguettes. Highland Farms does too.)

Friday: Cabbage Rolls
