Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

This week's menu plan is full of soups and healthier dishes since both of my boys are sick. I'm trying hard not to catch whichever virus is floating around the family!




Monday: Baked Ham w/Greek Yogurt Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Potatoes: Bake in a 375F oven until insides are soft. Fluff with a fork and add a spoonful or two of Feta Greek Yogurt)







Tuesday: Quinoa & Roast Vegetable Stuffed Bell Peppers







Wednesday: Simple Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & Salad 






Thursday: Stuffed Hamburger Squash  (RECIPE)







Friday: Easy Quinoa Vegetable Soup (RECIPE)
