Monday: Stuffed Poblano Peppers with Plantains & Rice 


















Tuesday: Chicken Tacos  in Soft Corn Tortillas
(Roast chicken breasts, shred, top with grated cheese, avocado, salsa or other toppings on a warm tortilla.)

















Wednesday: Hamburgers & Fries
