Wednesday: Cream of Mushroom Soup and Sandwiches on Gluten Free Bread 

Thursday: Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry on a Bed of Rice 

Friday: Chicken Fajitas on Homemade Flour Tortillas (from cookbook of the month)
