Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Monday: Steamed Salmon and Carrots with Greens 
(I use my steamer for this, and place the veggies on one level & the salmon on another.  Add water, lid, and wait until done.)

Tuesday: Baked Chicken Drumsticks  & Twice Baked Potatoes with Cheddar 

Wednesday: Eggplant Parmigiana (I'll serve this over a GF pasta to catch all the sauce)

Thursday: Chicken Tacos  with Jalapeños, Cheddar and Avocado
(The kid will be spared the jalapeño!)

Friday: Cabbage Rolls
