Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

This week's menu plan has meat in every recipe.  This is what  happens when I send my husband out to get groceries without having planned out my meals in advance.  He came home with chicken thighs, sausages, ribs, and two packages of ground turkey.  Le Sigh.  A meat lover's dream this week.

Monday:  Sloppy Joe Sandwiches and Side Salad 
(ignore the bright yellow plate.  My son had one for dinner)

Tuesday: Breakfast for Dinner! Egg and Sausage Strata with Zucchini, Peppers and Cheese 

Wednesday: Sesame Teryaki Chicken with Bok Choy and Korean Pancakes (made with Rice Flour)

Thursday: Ribs, Corn and Bean Salad, Mashed Potatoes

Friday: White Chili with Turkey, Salsa Verde & White Beans
