Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Monday:  Roasted Red Pepper Soup (Recipe) & Tuna Sandwiches on Gluten Free Bread from Frankie's Bakery in Uxbridge 

Tuesday: Lemon Beef with Cilantro and Savoury Quinoa Pilaf 

Wednesday:  Ceviche (Recipe) on Rice, or Wrapped up in Corn Tortillas 

Thursday: Broccoli Cheddar Soup 

Friday: Vegetable Soup and Meatloaf Muffins (Recipe) with Leftover Rice or Quinoa Pilaf
