Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Monday:  Goat Cheese Quiche with a Tortilla Crust

Tuesday:  Ceviche (made with cooked fish, due to pregnancy) 

Wednesday:  Cold Supper with GF Cold Cuts, Veggie Sticks and Watermelon, Feta & Basil Salad 

Thursday:  Pozole Soup (a chicken soup with hominy corn)

Friday:  Grilled Asparagus and Quinoa Salad (It's our anniversary on Friday, so we may end up going out.  In that case, the quinoa salad can wait!)
