Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Happy Canada Day! 

This week's menu plan is made up of simple dishes that are easy to put together.  However, most of them are best made when ready to eat, so I've only got a few photos of past meals to include. 

Monday:  Gluten Free Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado Sandwiches

Tuesday:  Steamed Salmon with Grean Beans (all done in the steamer) 

Wednesday:  Polenta with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs 

Thursday:  Blue Cheese and Nectarine Salad with Radiccio and Garlic Baguette

Friday:  Homemade Pizza
