Monday:  Macaroni & Cheese with Ground Turkey 






Tuesday:  Beef and Vegetable Soup





Wednesday:  Mushroom and Cheese Quesadillas on Rice Tortillas with a Side of Mixed Vegetables 







Thursday:  Jerk Chicken Thighs with Mango Salsa and Mixed Greens 









Friday:  Baked Potatoes with Broccoli and Cheese and Homemade Bruschetta on a Gluten Free Baguette
