Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Monday:  Maple Glazed Salmon Served over a Red Potato and Fava Bean Compote

Tuesday:  Sundried Tomato Pesto Pasta

Wednesday:  Chicken Souvlaki with Vegetable Kebabs and Baked Potatoes 
(this isn't the exact photo, since I'll be putting it together the day of)

Thursday: Mushroom and Asparagus Tortilla Quiche

Friday: Salade Nicoise and Cream of Tomato Soup    
(Salad will be put together on Friday.  Recipe is HERE)
