Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Monday: Pan Cooked Tilapia with Fresh Vegetable Salsa and Quinoa 

Tuesday: Gluten Free Caesar Salad Spaghetti

Wednesday: Roast Chicken with Steamed Veggies and Spinach 

Thursday: Avgolemono Soup (Lemon and Egg Soup) with Rice

Friday: Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Gluten Free Buns
(I'll put it all together the day I want to eat it!)
