Well, it's a day late, but it's done! This month I'm reviewing the Gluten Free Asian Kitchen cookbook, so many of the recipes in my weekly plan are from that book. Here's what we're eating at our house this week.
Monday: Lentil Soup from New Year
Tuesday: Shaking Beef on a bed of arugula with onions and cherry tomatoes
Wednesday: Korean Green Onion Pancakes with Dipping Sauce and a Side Salad
Thursday: Yakitori Chicken Skewers on a bed of Rice and Carrot and Daikon Salad
Friday: Kung Pao Chicken (without all the spice, so it's kid-friendly)
