Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

Today we're running off to an early Christmas celebration with my Dad's side of the family, so I'm putting the menu plan up quickly, although I haven't yet cooked all the dishes. This week I wanted some lighter meals, because I know that the week between Christmas and New Year's is going to be full of rich foods.  

Monday: Greek Souvlaki Plate (Grilled chicken, yogurt and cucumber dip, Greek salad and steamed veggies


Tuesday: Black Bean and Beef Chili (my husband's request) served in a Baked Potato



Wednesday: Fish Stew with Olives over leftover rice


Thursday: Miso Lime Chicken Drumsticks and a Mango Salad

Friday: Rice Paper Rolls with Cucumber, Carrots and Avocado and any leftovers
