Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

After a week of indulging at the cottage, a lighter menu is in order this week.  Plenty of soup and salad for the next five days!






Monday: 13 Bean Soup and a Rustic Salad with Croutons made from Udi's Gluten Free White Bread

















Tuesday: Chef-Inspired Salad with Hard Boiled Eggs and Chicken Breasts & Simple Mushroom Soup











Turkey, without toppings added



Wednesday:  Turkey Taco Salad in Lettuce Cups, Topped with Shredded Lettuce and Salsa









 Thursday: Marinated Calamari Salad and Leftover Mushroom Soup







Friday: Mediterranean Salad Plate: Eggplant Salad and Hummus with Vegetables to Dip & Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad
