Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan

First of all, Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful Dads out there!  I'll be posting a few photos of our Father's Day celebration tomorrow (including what was on the menu!) but today, I wanted to get the weekly menu plan up as usual.




Monday: Tuna & Zucchini Pasta Bake & Chopped Salad













Tuesday: Rhubarb Chicken & Oil & Vinegar 
Shredded Salad








Wednesday: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers, Baked Asparagus with
Mayo Dipping Sauce
















Thursday: Lentil Vegetable Soup     









Friday: Leftover Rhubarb Chicken & Spinach Mashed  
Potatoes
