Gluten Free Weekly Menu Plan









 Monday: Vietnamese Chicken and Rice Noodle Soup & Carrot and Coriander Salad














Tuesday: Turkey Chili over Rice & Carrot Sticks on the Side











Wednesday: Tilapia Ceviche on a bed of lettuce with Gluten Free 
Crackers & Steamed Veggies








 



Thursday: Rosemary Roasted Chicken Drumsticks, Garlic Butter
Mushrooms & Gluten Free Potato Latkes















Friday: Honey Garlic Ribs & Broccoli Salad & Spring Salad Mix
