Menu Plan

Here's my dinner menu for the week!  

Monday: BBQ Ribs with Baked Potatoes & Coleslaw
Tuesday: Avocado Soup, Black Beans and Rice & Mango Salsa
Wednesday: Herb Chicken, Lemon Quinoa & Greek Style Eggplant Salad
Thursday: Beef Stew, Gluten Free Bread & Carrot Sticks with Hummus
Friday: Pasta Salad with Grilled Peppers, Onions & Zucchini and Leftover Stew
